Our saddles are made of pre-preg (pre-impregnated) carbon fiber. The carbon fiber is placed in the mold and then cured under negative pressure. This new technology allows for an effective weight reduction and optimal resin-to-fiber ratio.

We rely on 3D technology during every step of our production with 3D scanning, 3D modeling, and 3D printing. The final step of production involves CNC - this is how we create our tooling.

Pre-preg sheets are cut and laid up by hand. Trimming, finishing and painting of the bike components is also done by hand. The original design shape was sculpted before being digitized.

Our saddles are designed and produced in Europe. Meticulous attention to detail allows us to create a high quality product.

At the back of each saddle, you can see, through resin, what music we listened to when we were placing the carbon in the mold.
